    Our Story

    Our owner, Terry Roth, learned the secrets to quality construction services from his father. Bob Roth, a Springfield resident, was a residential construction professional starting in the 1980s. Terry and the rest of our team work to carry on the legacy that was started by Bob. We employ a friendly, skilled staff that completes our home and renovation projects.  We proudly provide honest, reliable work and superior artistry with a detail-oriented approach. The quality of our homes and accessibility of our staff set us apart from other local building companies. Additionally, the Springfield Area Home Builders Association has recognized us with multiple awards for creative and stylish designs.
